Sumptuous Lunch!

I beatup Joel yesterday for misbehaving. Felt so bad, made him a good lunch today. He loves it, ate alot. However, he tends to try not to nap these days. So halfway through, he's almost dozing off. First time he had fried rice with toufu soup.

Ingredients:
Rice
Sweet potato - diced *substitute for carrot if you like*
Brocolli - finely chopped *steam for 5mins*
Minced pork
Fish
*marinate minced pork & fish with sesame oil, and steam it for 10-15mins, retain the gravy*
Egg
Anchovy powder for taste
Method:
  1. Boil rice with diced sweet potato till soft. Add Anchovy powder for taste.
  2. In a non stick wok, heat up some oil, and fry the egg first.
  3. When the egg is about half cooked, add the rice.
  4. Add the brocolli.
  5. Then add the minced pork & fish together with the gravy.

Stir fry for about 5mins. Serve with toufu soup.

Simple and easy. As for the soup, boil silver fish, dried scallops and soya bean for a while, then just add the toufu in. No salt needed for both dishes. Yummy! And while cooking, add lots & lots of LOVE! :)
