What a day :(

I hold 2 jobs. By day, I am a CSR. By night, I am a "BSR" aka Babysitting Rep. Regardless if the daddy is here or not, I hold a night job (2nd shift).

These days, I try to leave office by 5pm - so I can be home earlier to do the chores. I have to wash the laundry, sterilize milk bottles, keep the toys, keep the house neat. Then I shower, catch a quick dinner and go fetch my prince - grand arrival, and thus, my 2nd shift began.

Today is not exception, at times, when I come home early, I get to relax, and do things I used to enjoy. Such as reading the newspaper, magazine, watch TV or just lie at the sofa doing absolutely nothing.

But when I came home today, I realised that I forgot to close the master bedroom window before I went out this morning. Oh no! And there was a heavy downpour. Joel's mattress, pillows, bolsters were all soaked through! Oh no, I had to change everything. So tired. On top of that, I had to do the laundry. Oh yes, part of my bed were drenched too :'(

By the time I finished my task its already 7pm. Must quickly catch a bite before I start my 2nd shift. Just as I was about to eat my bread, oh no! The lizard ate it before I did! Sob sob! There goes my dinner, and I had to throw that bread away along with the dead lizard. Gave me the creeps having had such close encounter with that thing.

Sigh sigh, now that Joel is finally asleep, its time to hang the laundry. Then my duties are sort of completed - - provided he dont wake me up and call for night service.

Poor Joel, been sick since last Sat. Caught a flu, now coughing with phlegm. But still super active. His fave activity now is to climb the sofa. :)

I am so looking foward to celebrating his 1st Birthday! I love you my Jojobee!
